Returns
If the product fails to deliver, does not function properly, or does not perform as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify, you must provide:

Our trading bot is designed for long-term performance, and results may vary based on market conditions and individual usage. Refunds are not granted based on short-term results.
Testing & Refund Conditions
AutoRenko AI Bot comes with a recommended trading strategy to maximize profitability and minimize risk. Before requesting a refund, you must:
✔ Test the bot on a demo or real account for at least 60 days
✔ Follow the recommended settings and risk management rules
✔ Avoid using the bot during high-impact news events
If, after 60 days, the bot does not generate profits under proper conditions, you may submit a refund request for review.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued if:
❌ You activate multiple licenses to test performance (each activation is non-refundable)
❌ The bot is misused, improperly set up, or run against recommendations
❌ You fail to manage risk correctly (e.g., aggressive settings, trading during high-impact news)
By purchasing and activating AutoRenko AI Bot, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
License Key Policy
🔹 License keys cannot be changed or transferred once activated.
🔹 If you wish to use the bot on another account, a new purchase is required.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within a few days:
✅ Check your bank account statement
✅ Contact your payment provider for processing updates
✅ If the issue persists, email us for further assistance
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged products. If you experience issues, contact our support team for assistance.
